important compass and GPS calibration steps must be performed before flying to
ensure that the flight control computer is operating properly. Consult the

Main Controller<br />
The burden of processing and analyzing the flight data in real time occupied the
main controller, the computer flight control system. Collects system-wide data,
including engine speed, GPS location, command inputs and automatic sensor data,
and analyzes everything to tell your Phantom 3 exactly how to behave at any
given time<br />
GPS navigation<br />
Due to the complexity associated with multi-rotor aircraft the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/DJI-Phantom-Advanced-Quadcopter-Camera/dp/B00VSIT5UE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1493616746&sr=8-3&keywords=phatom+drones+4" target="_blank">Phantom 3</a> is
based on a GPS-based navigation system to maintain flight stability and provide
other features. While fully manual operation is possible, most users, especially
cameramen hoping to get the smoothest shoots possible, will opt for one of the
GPS-assisted modes<br />
IMU</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://www.amazon.com/DJI-Phantom-Advanced-Quadcopter-Camera/dp/B00VSIT5UE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1493616746&sr=8-3&keywords=phatom+drones+4" target="_blank"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgk9nOWDFp0ndwo6gqMDwCBj6dXxP4PmqsH5wjmaoRXLrqU3C1YdsVptsM-OWc5DXyIftG-QVGeCKFpCqY7cTNgLC__LlEuvEcX0OFfh7E-JT_DVjLrb_Q28USf0hCTM00s1i_-WJ4isw/s320/P3-3.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>

<span style="font-size: medium;"><br />
The Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) uses a 6-axis gyroscope plus an
accelerometer to follow the slightest tilt or change in acceleration. This data
is relayed to the Main Controller and used to help maintain a stable flight<br />
CES<br />
Four electronic speed controllers (ESCs) not only transmit vital information
about engine speed to the main controller, but also send commands back to
engines based on their input. This constant communication helps keep your

from soft pans to fast acceleration.</span></div>
<div align="justify" style="margin-bottom: 3px;">
<span style="font-size: medium;">
Vision positioning system for inland navigation<br />
Vision Positioning System uses a specially designed camera as well as sonic
waves to provide a comparable stability function indoors or near the ground as
the GPS does outdoors. This technology allows the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/DJI-Phantom-Advanced-Quadcopter-Camera/dp/B00VSIT5UE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1493616746&sr=8-3&keywords=phatom+drones+4" target="_blank">Phantom 3</a> to maintain its
location, stop when the controls are released, and respond quickly to pilot
commands, even when GPS is not available<br />
Automatic take-off<br />
With a twist on the DJI Pilot application, the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/DJI-Phantom-Advanced-Quadcopter-Camera/dp/B00VSIT5UE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1493616746&sr=8-3&keywords=phatom+drones+4" target="_blank">Phantom 3</a> will power up its
engines and rise to a pre-set height. Then they hover in place, completely
motionless until you direct it to where to go<br />
Automatic Landing<br />
When GPS is available, <a href="https://www.amazon.com/DJI-Phantom-Advanced-Quadcopter-Camera/dp/B00VSIT5UE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1493616746&sr=8-3&keywords=phatom+drones+4" target="_blank">Phantom 3</a> remembers the exact point it took off. Simply
touch a button to return to the point from which it took off.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://www.amazon.com/DJI-Phantom-Advanced-Quadcopter-Camera/dp/B00VSIT5UE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1493616746&sr=8-3&keywords=phatom+drones+4" target="_blank"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjH9umLKYvONMyE9APd5G-reLsD18MNYJTY9MfBR9VZRTG_AHue9J2VHLrn8RWIaTIT9BeO8MBl_L9uUtM8QQUYeJAc8ZOahtI9Xzg9PHIeycY_0SV_mbUl7oQLz_ut9fhQZ-ViwQ0Ncg/s320/P3-4.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div align="justify" style="margin-bottom: 3px;">
<span style="font-size: medium;"><br />
Return to Failsafe homepage<br />
If the Quadcopter loses the controller signal for any reason or the battery
starts to run low, the "go home" function will start. The aircraft will ascend
to 60 feet and then make a straight run to the "home position" you have defined
during the GPS calibration process. Once there, it will descend safely to the
ground and will be extinguished<br />
Intelligent Guidance Control (IOC)<br />
IOC is designed to help make the flight more intuitive. Nominally, the yaw
control will allow the Quadcopter to rotate continuously, which can quickly
become confusing if you lose track of which way is "front". Suddenly your
controls can be mixed, where pressing right causes the boat to move to the left
and press forward makes it move backwards. The Intelligent Guidance Control
prevents this from happening, keeping the Quadcopter's "tail" pointing roughly
at the pilot at all times<br />
Waypoints<br />
Use the ground station software provided by the application to design autopilot
courses based on waypoints<br />
Follow me<br />
With Follow Me, the aircraft will automatically follow you and capture all your
movements from a single aerial perspective<br />
Course block<br />
When you activate Course Lock, the controls will be set in relation to the
current aircraft path. This easy navigation allows you to fly in a set direction
as you fly alongside moving objects or through scenes.</span></div>

Quadcopter has a robust set of optical sensors in front of the eyes that will help we navigate around or over obstacles within 0.7 to 15 meters (2.3 to 49 feet) of it or just stop And float until this pilot the distance. (It also allows some new modes of flight, I will arrive a little.).</span></div>

<span style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: medium;"> For the most part, this works very well and will probably prevent many accidental collisions. He tried just as the north was heading towards spring, so he was flying around a lot of naked trees in the winter. She had no problem stopping before flying on a line of pine trees in a self-stealing to it. When we browse a few leafless branches, it does not immediately recognize them as an obstacle. If the branches were thick leaf, he could have stopped in his tracks as he had when he flew near the trees in full bloom. Or maybe it was operator error.<br style="box-sizing: inherit;" />They see the tree coming from an angle that would have been out of sight of the OSS. Feel what is in front of the Phantom, not on the side or behind it. So, while the system can stop a frontal collision, they will have no problem crashing other directions. Its point is, the OSS is good to have, but for new drivers could create a false sense of security.</span></div>

<div align="justify" style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: #7a7c84; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; margin-bottom: 1.5em;">
<span style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: medium;"> All that is needed is one of a switch on the controller and being able to fly at speeds of up to 45mph (72kph) using Phantom 4 Sport mode. It is not only faster forward and backward, but can reach 6 meters (20 feet) per second up to 4 meters (13 feet) per second. This is a very nice addition as it allows we to reach a much faster place to get the shot they want. It gives them a bit of a drones racing experience, too, and with an HDMI module for the driver who can connect FPV (first person view) glasses to delve into the experience.</span></div>
<div align="justify" style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: #7a7c84; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; margin-bottom: 1.5em;">
<span style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: medium;"> Some movements on the stick will literally go a long way, however. And the OSS does not work in Sport mode, so if we are traveling in front of something, do not expect these sensors to keep them. Plus, when you travel at maximum speed, it takes a lot more to stop. The DJI Go application warns of this the first time we enter the mode, but never again. Anyway, it is possible that he suggest to the pilots for the first time.</span></div>

<span style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: medium;"> Okay, we probably already have an idea: Obstacle detection system can potentially keep them out of boredom, but there is no excuse to steal learning recklessly or wrongly stealing the drone.</span></div>
